I didn't receive my rebate from Sprint - what to do ?

eventhough I've sent in all the proof they wanted that I purchased the Evo with a 2 year agreement, they didn't award me the rebate.

Is there anything I can do ?

I never received my rebate; I waited almost 3 months....so I called Customer Care and complained the transferred me to the rebate center. They reissued another rebate check.

The reissued check never showed up. After about a month I called Customer Care again and asked them to just give me a credit on my account.

The Customer Service agent agreed and gave me a $200.00 credit towards my bill.

If you need to find out information on your rebate you can go to http://www.sprintrebates.com

I never do things with mail-in-rebates. Even phones. I just don't get anything with mail-in-rebate. When I have to, I don't even send it in. I'm sick of waiting for rebates that never come.

Send them to me. I'll be glad to use the money you don't claim. Just kidding!

Sprint RARELY sends you your rebate back. I've been through this with Sprint so many times it isn't even funny. -.-

Lol wow, that sounds like a serious load of bunk... You'd think such a huge reputable company would have their rebates all taken care of to ensure customer satisfaction. Apparently not, greedy so and so's......

You can go to Sprint.com and track your rebate. I got my last rebate just fine. In the past I lost one of my rebates because I didn't send it in fast enough which was lame. If I were you I would do what danialc did and have it applied to your bill.
