Over that past 2-3 weeks, when I go into to look at pictures or video it will sometimes allow all the files to be seen. Most of the time when I press to view my videos, the phone says SD Card error Please Insert SD Card. The SD card is in the phone, and after 5-6 times of resetting the phone it will stop for a few days, then right back to it. Any ideas or is this a Retail Store fix?

You can try to see if Windows detects any errors on the SD card. Go to 'My Computer', right click on the drive representing the SD card, click Properties, then Tools. Under 'Error Checking' click 'Check Now'. Maybe the data on the SD card become corrupted.
