The actual screen of my HTC EVO 4G is intact, but when pressing parts of the screen nothing happens. If I turn to Landscape, my touch will work, but other parts do not.
The phone has suffered no water damage. Last year the screen cracked but was replaced. The phone is over a year old. Where do I turn. I know Sprint will be no help. It is insured. Would the digitizer screens (on Ebay or Amazon etc) solve the problem or is it something else? Thank You
