i try to pulling the battery out 15 min but pro not solved.....any helps???? bf that i already restore to factory data

Does anyone have any other suggestions for a fix. My camera and camcorder have stopped working (I get the camera icon and then a black screen) several times now. The Droid Light and other apps that use the camera do not work either. I believe this must be some sort of application conflict and not a hardware problem, but all my apps and system software are current. I tried removing the battery for 15 minutes and that worked the first time it quit, but not now. I have also tried clearing the data for the app. That worked one time as well, but I cannot get anything to work now. Any thoughts?
