I didnt want to start a new thread but I've encountered something else. Im having an issue with the app 'zedge' for ringtones. So i downloaded a couple and they work perfectly fine when i receive calls, the problem is I accidently set a ringtone for my notifications. I wanted to keep my original notification sound that was set on the phone but the app has somewhat taken over the settings and only lets me choose from one of the downloaded ringers? If i try and click on the android default it says something about unexpected error must close, confusing I kno but i cant figure it out. Might just have to delete the app and all th ringers n hope it all goes away.:/

Anyhow, I was looking into the app Zedge, and it appears to be something you can change ringtones, wallpapers and themes on your phone. When you got that error, was it from the Zedge application, or were you trying to change the notification tone from your phone settings application?

I don't really wan to install this on my EVO right now, but I have a spare Hero I can play with it on later today.

Yea ive applied pressure and nope. It actually seems somehow like the program gets upset (lol) when I try setting the droid default tone because it is then that the error message comes up and closses the ringtone menu.Yes this is from the phones settings menu. As for now since id hate to hear a 30 sec song everytime I receive a text, ive had to download a 'bell' tone from Zedge.

I would try to uninstall it and then install it again.
