Is there any way to include chosen fields in the search people or the contact management system in the EVO? Or is there an application that will assist in sorting contact information by the company name?

I am a former BlackBerry user and it was always easy to pull up the names of individuals within a company by typing in the field.

Agreed....this is frustrating to say the least. I love my Evo's media capabilities but HTC/Android fall short on contact management/CRM capabilities.

I have independent consultancy and have over 3000 International contacts but Android only offers query search by "person's name"? i would never remember everyone's name. I would like to query by country code, company name or anything for that matter!?

this is befuddling because Google dominates the search engine market yet does not offer logical search capabilities in their own mobile software such as a simple keyword, address, company, country code etc? it is beyond me.

I use MSoutlook (not BCM) and need to sync contacts, notes, calendar and tasks. I have researched endlessly. I also could use SugarCRM or Vtiger via my host provider but they don't offer an android solution as of yet.

Is there any one-stop solution that anyone has found?

Purchased EVO because I hated by BBerry but I am now missing the ability to search contacts via qwerty keyboard.
