C25K is short for Couch to five kilometers. C25K Pro for your smartphone is designed to get just about anyone from being a couch potato to running either five kilometers or 30 minutes in just nine weeks.

Too many people have been deterred from running simply because they try starting off too fast and too far. The Program
Couch to five kilometers is less of a running regimen than a walking and jogging program. The C25K running plan from Cool Running is a great way to get someone who's never run before to being a three-mile runner in nine weeks. It alternates running and walking, slowly getting the body accustomed to distance running. It times your workout, letting you know through audio clips when it's time to switch your pace while listening to the music of your choice or podcasts you've downloaded onto your smartphone. Build Your Defense

It takes a mighty finger, tactical strategy, and accuracy to protect your fortress. You've got four main objectives during battle: Kill the enemy, collect money, take prisoners, and protect the health of your castle.
The War Store

The start of each game provides your weapon and tower choices. Check the cost, figure out what you need, and prepare for your battle.
The Battle

The battle begins in the open field in front of your castle. As the enemy charges, defend with all your might. Be precise with your shot because accuracy matters. A shotgun is powerful but only if you can hit the target. Along the bottom of the screen find the weapons, skills, and items available to you already purchased prior to the battle. When you're ready to use one, drag it from the menu.

Enemy troops who reach the castle will hack away at it until it begins to crumble. It's imperative that you do all you can to prevent this. The health of your castle is displayed by the bar in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Additionally, across the top of your screen you'll find your prisoner count and currency collected.
The Prisoners

Capture the enemy by first spotting a fallen soldier on the field with bound hands. Quickly abandon your killing duty to drag the enemy to the prison. Turn captured enemies into an archer or soldier for your next battle. The game will offer strategy advice if you're having a tough time beating a level.
Levels and Game Modes

Cartoon Defense offers 8 kinds of weapons, 17 characters, unlimited levels, and 3 difficulty modes. Music is fun and motivating and blood is moderate; both can be turned off. Your game is always auto-saved, so you have the option to return where you left off, or start a new game.

Swim your way through more than 40 levels
Denizens of the Deep
To check off everything on your list, you'll need to line up matching sea creatures of various types as fast as you can. You'll be angling for yellow-and-orange fish, pink seahorses, and bright-green jellyfish, just to name a few. If you match up more than three fish at one time you get a lift net, which allows you to capture one of any species you want. The faster and more efficient you are, the more bonuses you can earn. Don't worry if you get stuck--the game will bail you out with hints.

There are fun twists along the way, such as an electric ray that zaps the surrounging fish if you move it. Be sure to watch out for air bubbles--you'll need to line those up to make sure you don't run out of oxygen. If you do, you'll be sleeping with the fishes, and not in a good way.

Keep Swimming
This is no day at the beach. The faster Annabel completes her list, the more points she gets. Progress through more than 40 levels, earning different types of gear along the way. There are also two mini-games and other competitions for you to take on. See if you can collect all the trophies and help Annabel save the shop.
