I've always used Otterbox, with my Blackberry it made the phone nearly indestructible. But it will also add a lot of heft to the phone.
I don't know where you can customize them, but you can find a lot of different ones on ebay
Love the otterbox.... Spills, sand, kids, keeps the phone safe! Just wish it came in any color variety besides the generic black. The iPhone ones come in like 40 colorsjealous of the case... Definitely not the phone!
