Rarely I buy a defective product on eBay, it does happen though. The seller was cool about it. I just broke down and bought a 32GB Class 4 micro from newegg. It was only $62 with a new customer discount. (i just created a new login and I got the $10 off) To each his own. I need a big card, I'm constantly watching movies on my phone.
