    Unresponsive screen

I was wondering if others had this problem or if something was wrong with my phone. My touch screen will be unresponsive at times, the only place I can touch and it will work is the home buttons and the app list button. It will bring up the menus or app but I can't do anything with it. I usually restart and everything is back to normal for a while. It happens probably every other day or so. It started out seeming to only happen when I used the aim app but I uninstalled it and its happening more frequently and with other apps/home screen.

You might have to do an exchange/return. You are still within 30 days so they will take it back.

I have a similar issue, but it sounds not as severe as you. There is one app that I use, called "Good Mobile Messaging". GMM is an enterprise class mail/calendar client that allows me to access my Corporate Email on my phone. It requires that I log into the GMM app whenever i open it. From time to time, about once or maybe twice a day, I will open the GMM app, and try to type my password, however the screen is unresponsive and nothing that I click registers except for the capacitive touch buttons. I did find a work around though. If I rotate the phone to landscape mode, (typically i access the apps in portrait), then all of a sudden the screen becomes responsive again and I can type my password.

Mine seems to have problems in the extreme corners. Like pulling down the tank list for tapfish is troublesome... Other than that it's all good. Mostly...

I have the same problem too, bought after 3 weeks. The upper side unresponsive at intermittent, only reboot can solve the problem.

But one to one exchange only valid within 14 days in Malaysia. No choice, already sent for repair.. HTC customer service said I can get it back in 3 days. Hopefully they are expert enough to trace the problem.
