Incoming text message timestamp in GMT normally, EST when roaming

I live in an area with low signal. A few days ago I noticed that my incoming texts had the wrong time. 4 hours ahead. Then, it fixed itself. Then broke again. Etc. I figured out that it only happens on Sprint's network, not Verizon's (roaming).

This is VERY bothersome as all my messages are the correct time, and only some incoming are the correct time, and the conversations are ordered by time.

Steps I've taken: Updated PRL, Profile, all the stuff in that settings screen. Tried Handcent SMS, the times are still wrong but at least conversations are in order. I've talked to two people (one local, one not) with this same problem so I know I'm not the only one. Any idea what's causing this and how to fix?

Try 'SMS Time Fix' from the App Store. It automatically adjusts the time stamp of incoming SMS messages for users affected by network/Android bugs on Rogers, Fido, Sprint, and more.
