My Evo 3D's screen is mostly unresponsive. I have turned it off and restarted it. I have a difficult time even doing that, b/c is just turns the phone into hibernation mode or goes to the home screen. I have tried restarting it to the factory settings as well and it is unresponsive. One thing I did notice is that when I hold my phone flat and move it around it starts highlighting and opening programs with no touching. Anyone else had this issue?

The last part your described, looks like a hardware problem. If it still under warranty I would have it checked out.

That is a hardware malfunction, take back to cell phone provider. HTC covers 1 year from date of purchase.
