today i was listening to music, heared the text message chime, it went back to the music, then turned off. it will not turn on, not even to the comon reboot problem. the light doesnt even turn on to show the phone is charging when plugged in. plz help.

Just for Christmas Try the following steps, but if they don't work I would take it back to Sprint. Is your phone rooted? Can you try a different charger? What was the state of the battery when this happened?

1. Remove the battery
2. Press & hold the power button for 15 seconds
3. Put the battery back in
4. Turn it ON.
