    Black Screen!

    Help please!

    Today, my non-rooted 3D went totally black screen. Tried turning off, then on. Tried taking battery out, then putting back in. Tried the "Hold volume down and turn on" with no help.

    I have had it since last July with minimal issues, and I do have the insurance. Is there anything anyone can think of to help me avoid going to the Sprint repair store?

    I think you exhausted your options. We can only play with the software, and in this case your phone doesn't even boot up.
