1st post as a newbie......4 out of 10 phone calls go directly to voice mail...someone told me to reset call filters...anyone help??

Do they show as missed phone calls?

No it doesn't..if I call my nun. With a different phone the ring seems to be a partial ring then goes to voice mail.....if I call out to a home no. And after the call goes thru I then can receive a call on my cell phone.....I always have 3_4 bars showing
