Hey all. Basically I switched over from At&t after over charging,etc and been a iphone owner for 3 years now. 3 weeks ago signed a contract with Sprint for 2 years but went with a not so good LG optimus S. I've just acquired a Evo 4G fairly used (looks like a year old phone without a case). But anyway, with at&t I couldn't even retrieve my stolen iphone4 with findmyphone installed. Since this Evo is used I'm scared about the chances the phone is stolen. I have a brand new sprint contract. If I do an activation and there are issues with the evo do they automatically charge me. Cops sent to my house. Account suspended. I'm new to sprint so just have a lot of unanswered questions. With at&t no matter what, your sim is thrown in the phone and absolutely no problems.

Hope to hear some info and advice. Also can I activate a phone on the phone or I should do it on the internet. I've never activated a sprint phone before.
