Loosing communication w/ phone while running "revolutionary.exe".

I'm running Windows XP. The phone reboots twice, but then looses communication. Then the windows prompt says "press any key to exit". The only thing I can think of is I dont have my drivers in the right place.

Thanks for any advice.

I downloaded everything again and low and behold I'm ROOTED! took awhile and I had to run the CMD prompt 8-12 times but it finally took! lets see whats next..
