Bloatware removal - easy root / program?
So, from browsing these forums, I've determined that the only way to remove all the bloatware (Blockbuster, Amazon MP3, Nascar etc.) is to root the phone and then delete them with a file manager. The thing is, all of this looks a little too complicated for me, I'm not really a technology person beyond that I like to use it, so I'm very worried about messing up my phone.
I DO NOT want to keep my phone rooted after I've removed all the crap programs, I just want it to go back to normal. I'm only doing this because I keep getting the "Low on Space" and have to spend 10 minutes clearing data and caches until it next appears a week later. It's annoying and I know that removing all this extra stuff will keep it from happening for a while.
So my question is: Can anyone point me to the absolute EASIEST way (even if it means buying an app) to remove these programs and then restore my phone back to an unrooted state?
My HTC an Firmware are up to date, FWIW.
Thanks!

freeing up memory, no risk to all risk options.
I've been in the same boat and this is what I found to be effective.
1) removing bloatware from the ROM doesn't open up space in the user area RAM. They're distinct.
2) If you don't know about it, use App2SD from the Market to put some of the apps data onto the SD card freeing up memory.
3) Titanium backup can copy updates to ROM applications back into the ROM space freeing up your RAM. But you need to be rooted to do this. Google Maps, Gmail, facebook, are three programs that could be copied back into the ROM saving alot of space. The feature is called "integrate updates of system apps into ROM" under the batch options (hit menu) of the Backup/Restore tab.
4) Lastly, I have about 150 apps and I've had to resort to copying some into the ROM space. I wouldn't really recommend this, but to do it: Look with App2SD at what apps can't be moved to SD and select from those. I picked the Amazon Appstore and SwiftKey X. Back them up with Titanium backup. Use Root browser to locate the apps in the data/app directory and copy to the system/app directory. Delete the file in the data/app directory, then reboot your phone. This is bleeding edge stuff for me, but it worked. Any updates will be in your data directory, so, either you can "integrate" them back into the ROM, or if Titanium backup doesn't recognize that you moved files into the ROM, you would have to do the move yourself.
