When you reset an EVO4, does it need to be setup with your cell number and everything like when bought originally at the Sprint store or does it retain this information? Any help would be appreciated and i apologize if this is the wrong forum.

The network info will stay, but you will loose all your contacts and other stored data. No need to do a Sprint setup again.
